Client Portal Help
Get into your client portal, and back to work.
The Highground IQ client portal is where our clients see where their properties stand, and what our work has been worth. Access is by invitation.
Signing In
Signing in takes three steps.
-
Open the portal.
Go to portal.highgroundiq.com. The email inviting you links there too.
-
Enter your Login ID.
Your Login ID is the email address your invitation was sent to. Type it and select Sign in.
-
Finish on our sign-in page.
You finish signing in on our secure sign-in page, then come straight back to the page you asked for.
When signing in doesn't work.
The common problems, and what fixes each one.
Still stuck?
Write to support@highgroundiq.com. Tell us the email address you were invited at, and any reference the portal showed you.
My invitation has expired.
Ask the person who invited you to send a new one: your board, your property manager, or your Highground IQ contact. Then sign in from the link in the new email.
I signed in with the wrong account.
The portal knows you by the email address your invitation went to. Sign out from the portal’s header, then sign in again with that address.
The portal says I wasn’t invited.
You signed in with an account the portal doesn’t know. Sign in again with the email address your invitation went to. If that is the one you used, write to us and include the reference the page shows.
The portal says my account is no longer active.
Your access has been turned off. Ask your Highground IQ contact, or write to us and include the reference the page shows.
The portal says the sign-in service could not be reached.
Our sign-in service did not answer in time. Wait a moment and select Sign in again.
Why do I sign in again in a new tab?
For your security, the portal never stores your sign-in in your browser. A new tab or window starts at the welcome page, and you sign in again.
I don’t have an invitation.
Access to the portal is by invitation, for Highground IQ clients. If your organization is a client, ask your board or property manager to invite you. If you are new to Highground IQ, start with a free consultation.
Checking a statement someone gave you.
You don't need an account to check a Value Realized statement. Every finalized statement ends with a Verification section that prints the statement and its hash. Enter both on the public check page, and you'll see whether your copy is the one Highground IQ signed.
Not a client yet? Start with a 20-minute conversation.
Tell us about your property and what's in front of you. We'll tell you honestly where to start.
